Layer Mask Fundamentals

One doesn't know PhotoShop until they are learn how to use Layer Masks. Layer Masks are used to hide and reveal elements within each object in a composite. Thus, one can create the illusion as illustrated below. This course stresses the use of Layer Masks in image compositing. In this introductory lesson, students will learn how to use Layer Masks to hide and reveal layer objects. Students will also explore the utility of implementing Layer Masks and the vast compositing freedom that this affords the PhotoShop professional in image compositing.
